Having something in common won’t be just the name “PARK SNOW” that the resorts share, this coming ski season they will all have a common ski pass.
All ski passes bought in whatever PARK SNOW resort are automatically valid in ALL three resorts. Choice of trails and runs, modern chairlifts, top class prepared ski runs and services of the highest quality can all be enjoyed by winter sport fans at 3 locations – Štrbské Pleso in the High Tatras, Donovaly in the Low Tatras and Veľká Rača in the Kysucké Beskydy.
A new 6-seater chairlift in Štrbské Pleso, a new ski run in Donovaly and improved services in all the resorts does not however mean increased prices. Quite the opposite in fact, compared to last season the price of all types of ski passes have all been reduced on average by up to 15%! We offer a total of 32 km of ski slopes for a really great price of 18 € when you buy our “SKI PASS of DREAMS” – a 10-day TRANSFERRABLE ski pass that is of course valid in all 3 PARK SNOW resorts of Donovaly, Štrbské Pleso and Veľká Rača! The ski pass will be on sale season long at the single price of 180 €, and because it is a transferrable ticket it will not be available at the youth or children tariff.

Skiing - Skiing runs:
PARK SNOW Donovaly has prepared for you excellent skiing conditions with great slalom runs, downhill runs, and good conditions for cross-country skiing or, what's becoming more and more attractive - snowboarding - with a high standard of service. In our PARK SNOW Donovaly, ski and snowboard rental services, ski-services, and also ski schools for beginners are available.
There are more than 11 km of regularly adjusted ski runs and more than 7km of 17 downhill runs, artificially covered with snow. Certainly you will not skip the chance for an exciting night of skiing or the view of snowy hills from a bird's perspective while paragliding. If you love the adrenaline rush of snowboarding, you can find the temptation of excellent terrains for free-riding here, peppered with a lot of rails and obstacles, and jibbing on the U-ramp. Skiing - ski lifts:
It is obvious that PARK SNOW Donovaly has modern transportation equipment that guarantees appropriate speed and comfort - because we do not sell tickets for standing! Here you will find not only the dominating 3-seat funicular going to Nova Hola, but also 14 ski lifts with an overall capacity of 12 900 impatient skiers per hour.
Services - ski service:
It's the middle of the season and the skiers are on the hills, but your skis are on strike! No problem… Put every kind of small problem into a specialist's hands. Waxing for the "right" snow, the fixing of bindings, and also more complicated repairs will be made for you with pleasure by any ski service. Or you don't have skis at all? You will not miss them because PARK SNOW Donovaly has ski rentals!
Services - ski school:
You have no idea how to ski? Do you regularly slow down by falling? Or you are going to stand on skis for the first time? PARK SNOW Donovaly will help out the beginners, and of course those who want to improve their style. Use the service provided by ski schools for adults and children, led by professionals of Slovak slopes....
Ski school:
The ski school will teach you the basics of downhill runs and cross-country skiing, telemarking, and snowboarding. The program is designed the same for the beginners as for the advanced and age is not important. There is appropriate terrain for everyone and trained instructors will explain with pleasure the secrets and tricks about skiing or snowboarding to anyone who has an interest in snow sports.
The instructors are profesionals with certificates in their categories and they speak at least one foreign language (English, French, German, Russian or Polish). The instructor does not only teach, but needs to set a goal and get the client ready for a secure ride in a way that the client will also realize the possible risks of skiing - avalanches, the danger of accidents with poles, etc...
You can choose private or group lessons:
Private lessons (1-4 people, as previously arranged) are appropriate not only for beginners, but also for advanced, for children and adults, for those who want to learn how to ski, or to improve the technique of skiing in a short period of time. Lessons may be reserved for 1-2 hours but also for one or two days. One day of ski school includes 4 hours.
Group lessons (3 -10 people) are mainly for those who like to meet new people and love fun. 1 lesson takes 2 hours, but clients can choose 1-7 lessons, or only for a few days, according to their interest.
1-day lessons include 2 two-hour lessons: 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon.
Children's ski kindergarten:
There is a children's ski kindergarten with a special program for the little ones. The children have group lessons and they are divided into groups according to their ages and skills. While the beginners are getting familiar with the snow and are trying their first steps on skis, the advanced ones are skiing, using the ski lifts, improving their techniques, and learning to overcome more difficult slopes, obstacles, drifts, and they are accompanied not only by instructors, but also by their favorite fairytale figures. The ages for the ski kindergarten are from 4 to 12 years old. Private lessons are recommended for younger children. The end of the week on skis is enriched by a competition and a carnival for children and adults, according to their interest. This way the parents can ski without worries, while their children are spending time in the children´s ski kindergarten.
Services - ski rent:
During the winter season PARK SNOW Donovaly offers lovers of winter sports not only excellent adjusted downhill runs and cross-country rails, but also other services without which a good ski trip cannot be: ski equipment rental services (downhill run and cross-country equipment, carving skis, snowboards, sleds, bobs, and ski clothes), ski services, and also sport shops.

- Snowrafting
If you looking for something to shake up your skiing vacation, look no more. You've found it. Snowrafting is a rubber sledge which is sliding on predefined slopes.
Who can participate? Anybody, regardless of age and gender.
- SnowParagliding
The cold winds in the heights and the right adrenaline dose - something for the adventurous - snow paragliding. Whoever hasn't tried it will not believe it. A fascinating view from a bird's perspective. Excellent terrain and ideal conditions, flights in tandem and instructor specialists.
- Sled dog
