Geothermally heated pools with temperatures from 28 to 38°C at AquaCity are the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you come for fun, fitness, or therapy, AquaCity’s AquaPark is the perfect pure water experience. From the thrills of the twisting ‘Black Hole’ flume to the ‘The Twister’, a winding flume ride that sends you splashing into the thermal waters, our attractions are open whatever the season or whatever the weather.

BLUE DIAMOND
Filled with crystal clear, mineral rich, 15,000 year old thermal waters, containing some twenty different health enhancing minerals; the pool itself is the ultimate in therapeutic thermal bathing. Ornate stone carvings, stained glass windows, beautiful sculptures by local artists and floors and walls covered in holographic tiles. Large enough to swim in the Blue Diamond Pool is where the mineral water is at its most concentrated. It also provides a number of underwater jets and ‘bubble benches’ to help massage away any aches, pains and strains. The Blue Diamond poolside bar serves a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the day.

Our Olympic size (50m) swimming pool is heated by our geothermal water to 28°C and is the perfect place for serious exercise or ‘Lane Swimming’. Fully equipped fitness and workout gymnasium area with all of the latest in fitness, rowing, resistance, and cycling machines, there are also treadmills, and free weights. Along with steam saunas, a relaxing Vital bar and the children’s indoor pool AquaCity is the ultimate Health Centre just for you.

Beautiful world designed to be the ultimate in holistic steam, sauna, rest and relaxation experiences. As well as a conventional Sauna, and a Steam Room, VitalWorld also offers an entire range of additional 'Inhalation Rooms', a Jacuzzi, a 'Sun Meadow', an 'Snow Cave' and Relaxation Areas, all designed to cleanse and purify, rest and relax, or to reinvigorate you ready for your return to the real world.
As you relax in the heat of the traditional Finnish sauna, and feel the stresses and strains of tired muscles melt away, you might want to contemplate a traditional dip in the icy plunge pool, or for a more relaxing way to cool off, take a trip to our Snow Cave. There it is always winter, with real snow forming in the air around you whatever the season outside. It’s ideal for cooling off after a session in the Sauna or the Steam rooms.
While our Snow Cave is producing an eternal winter, our Summer Meadow is flooding this room with perpetual summer sunlight. Our specially designed and totally safe UV lighting system will help give you a healthy, glowing tan even during short winter days and long winter nights.
CryoTherapy - From High Performance Athletes
To Regular Medical Mainstream
First developed in Eastern Europe as a treatment for high performance athletes, the CryoTherapy treatment based on very low temperatures has rapidly progressed to being used in main stream medicine as an effective and recognised treatment for syndromes such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, chronic pains due to wear on joints and the spine, lower back disorders, rheumatoid joint inflammation, inflammation, fibrositis, sclerosis, osteoporosis, cellulite and depression.
The Whole Body CryoTherapy Chamber consists of two specially constructed “Cold-Rooms”; Ante-Chamber is cooled to a temperature of -60°C and the main Cryo-Chamber itself, is cooled to -120°C. While the client is in the main Cryo-Chamber the body’s external temperature is quickly lowered making the blood circulating within it the only source of heat. The sharp contrast in temperatures positively accelerates the healing process involved with many conditions.
It is recommended that you undertake a course of five to seven sessions to feel the benefits of this treatment. Ideally for the permanent improvement of your health is taking ten to fifteen treatments, at least twice a year.
