The Sliač spa is situated between central Slovakia’s regional centre, the city of Banská Bystrica, and the district town of Zvolen. Surrounded by extensive forests, parks and plains, it looks out to the valley of the Hron river and its lowlands, the mountains of Kremnické and Štiavnické vrchy, and the western part of the Low Tatra.

MEDICAL TREATMENT STAY:
This stay specialises in cardiovascular diseases, female reproductive organs´ diseases, social and „managerial“ diseases as well, and it provides a better health condition in the post-traumatic difficulties.
Minimal stay is 5 days. Optimal stay is actually about 14-28 days, following our experience and doctor´s recommendations.

- 3 healing procedures daily, except Sundays and holidays.
WEEKEND STAY:
Is an optimal stay during the weekends for relaxation. The stay starts with Friday´s dinner and ends with Sunday´s lunch. In case of interest, it is possible to start with lunch and end it with breakfast. The procedures and treatments are set up in advance for Saturdays and Sundays, whereas the entry medical examination is not a part of this stay. On Fridays, treatments/free entry services are available.

SHORT PERIOD STAY:
Relaxation stay, maximum stay is 4 days. The procedures and treatments are set up in advance, whereas the entry medical examination is not a part of the stay.

SENIOR´S STAY / ECONOMY STAY:
Type of stay adequate for seniors or less demanding clients. Minimum stay is 5 days but 14 days are recommended.

- 2 treatments/day except Sundays and feast days
CASUALTY TREATMENT:
Type of stay adequate for clients who will do without accommodation and catering services.

- in case of interest just a few medical procedures are possible without doctor´s permission
ACCOMMODATION
At present, clients can stay in the spa hotel Palace, which offers I-category rooms with a bathroom/shower, restroom, TV and phone. The hotel also offers I.A-category rooms with balconies. These have a modern interior and their own bathroom, restroom, refrigerator with a mini-bar, satellite TV, telephone and radio.
On the premises of the hotel, clients will also find complementary services such as a beautician‘s, hairdressers, cafe, bar, library, bureau de change, and doctors‘ offices.
LEISURE
A natural swimming pool with thermal water, tennis courts, and a volleyball ground provide our clients with ample opportunities for recreation on the spa‘s grounds. The surroundings of Sliač also have a lot to offer:
